– Understanding and preparing Functional Analysis, Risk Analysis (F.A.R Analysis)
– Economic Benchmarking
– Identification of the International transaction
– Detailed review of books of accounts.
– Analysis and arriving at the Arm’s Length Price
– 3CEB Certificate preparation
– Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation/ Benchmarking Study

Income Tax Scrutiny Assessment and Appeals before CIT(A) and ITAT: preparation of submissions for Income Tax Representation and Appeals before income tax officers.
